There are numerous ways you can help support Boys & Girls Club of Massillon. Whether you volunteer, donate or create awareness, it collectively supports our Club and the youth we serve.
Every year the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon serves over 1200 youth, but we can't do it without you. We rely on the support of the community to keep our programs and services available to youth.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Massillon accepts a variety of donations including:
Your donation helps us to provide services and programs to the youth in our community. By giving kids and teens safe, positive place to be after school and during summer breaks, we build a stronger community.
Endowment Donations
Sports Sponsorships
Quality Boys & Girls Clubs team sports programs would not be possible without community support. As a sponsor, the sponsorship helps helps to fund equipment for practices and games, referees, and awards for all participants at the end of the season.
Special Events Sponsorships
Businesses and individuals have the opportunity to provide sponsorships for events such as our golf outing and auction.
Memorial and Honorarium Donations
An acknowledgement letter is provided to the recipient and the donor. Donations are applied to Boys & Girls Club of Massillon.
Endowment Fund
Planned Giving Gifts
Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Life Insurance, Appreciated Stock, and real estate (subject to appraisal outcomes).
Auction Merchandise and Gift Certificates
Our annual "Kids Dinner & Auction" is held in March and the donation of items and gift certificates from local retailers is appreciated.
An acknowledgement letter will be provided for all donations.
Tax Exempt Status
As a 501(c)(3), the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon, Inc. has tax-exempt status. Donations made to the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon are tax -deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
NOTE: Internal Revenue Service does not permit us
to place a value on donated items. IRS regulations may be found at www.irs.gov/so you can determine the best method for your gift or consult with your tax advisor.
Donor Privacy Policy
The policy of the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon is to respect the privacy of our donors. The Club NEVER sells or trades information about its contributors to any other organization or person. Your gift information is known only to you and certain staff members, to the extent necessary to process your gift and send related correspondence.
