2022 - 2023 League Registration Information:

NOTE: PARENT MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF MASSILLON ON
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2022.
Registration fee:
$20.00 for current members - new or renewed as of June 1, 2022.
$30.00 for non-members (Includes $10.00 Membership).
Practices will begin in mid-November. Games will begin after January 1, 2023.
Waiver of Liability
I/We, the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the above named candidate for participation in the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon’s Youth Basketball Program, assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from activities. I/We, hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon, Inc., its’ Trustees, Staff, Volunteers, Organizers, Sponsors & Supervisors for any claim arising out of an injury to my/our child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance.
