About Parent Portal

If your child already has a 2026–2027 Boys & Girls Club membership, you do not need to purchase another membership for the school year. If you're not sure whether your child has an active membership, please give us a call, and we'll be happy to check for you.

If you are purchasing a new membership for the first time, please contact the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon at (330) 833-4395 for assistance.

MyClubHub is our new membership management system, featuring a convenient Parent Portal. Through this portal, parents and guardians can easily purchase new memberships, renew existing ones, and register for leagues and other programs.

Each household will have one primary account holder who can manage all memberships online.
